Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Please ensure your order number is included, as we cannot process returns without it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically issued to your original method of payment within a few working days.

You will be responsible for covering the return postage costs. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns sent without the order number cannot be processed.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location. For returns valued over £50, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
