Please note: resale of our products on Amazon, eBay, OnBuy or other third-party marketplaces is strictly prohibited.
How to Create Your Trade Account
All trade account applications are reviewed prior to activation. This review process typically takes 3–5 working days.

To apply, please email support@mypetspawfect.com with your business details, including where and how you plan to sell our products. The more information you provide, the quicker we can assess your application.

Once submitted, our team will review your application. If it meets our criteria, you’ll receive an activation email (please check your spam/junk folder too). If not received within 1 hour of approval, please contact support again.

After activation, you can set your password and log in to view trade-exclusive pricing using the ‘Quick Order Form’ on your account dashboard. You’ll be able to place and pay for orders directly through our website.

Why can’t I see wholesale prices?
Please ensure you're logged into your account. If you still can't view trade pricing, contact support@mypetspawfect.com
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
No – all prices shown are excluding VAT. VAT will be applied at checkout. If you're VAT exempt, please email us before placing your order.
What’s the Minimum Order Value (MOV)?
Our minimum order value is £100 (ex. VAT). This can be made up of any mix of products across the range.
How much is UK delivery?
FREE UK tracked delivery is included with all trade orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes – we do. International shipping costs will be calculated after your order is submitted. Your order will remain in pending status until we send a separate invoice with the final shipping cost.
Can I pay through the website?
Absolutely – you can build your order and pay securely via our website once your account is approved.
Can I sell your products on Amazon or eBay?
No. We do not allow resale on Amazon, eBay, OnBuy, or similar third-party platforms.
Can I return items?
Yes – unopened, unused items in resalable condition can be returned. Returns must be sent at your own cost. A small restocking fee will apply depending on the size of your order. We’ll confirm this with you before processing the return.
